Artists Opportunities
Brush and Beyond
Join us for our Members' Spring/Summer show at the Montgomery County Guild of Professional Artists (MCGOPA) gallery, from May 18th to July 15th, 2025.
The deadline for submissions is April 20th 2025.
Not a member of Artist Equity? Join us for just $60. per year.
Noted artist Dane Tilghman will be our juror. Dane will select the pieces for the show and determine the six winners: First Place ($300), Second Place ($200), Third Place ($100), and Three Honorable Mentions (each receiving a one-year extension to your AE membership, valued at $60).
Important Guidelines:
The gallery cannot accommodate 3D pieces on pedestals, so this show is limited to 2D works weighing no more than 12lbs. (Note: Our upcoming September show in Wallingford can accept 3D pieces.) Given the spacious MCGOPA gallery, we aim to include at least one piece from each artist.
Submission Deadline: April 20th.
Artists may submit up to three images, with no piece larger then 60" high and 48" wide. MCGOPA will handle all sales and retain a 30% commission: Artists Equity does not charge commission nor entry fee for this show.
Subject Matter Restrictions:
MCGOPA does not accept nudes, religious, or political themes.
